Search the most common setup and sending questions.

Getting started

Where do I start after logging in?
Begin by reviewing your workspace and sender details, connecting your sending configuration, adding permission-based contacts, and then creating a test campaign before any live send.
Where can I find instructions inside the app?
Important setup pages include instruction blocks that explain required fields, prerequisites, and next steps. Review those instructions before submitting a support request.
What happens if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. The reset message is sent to the email address connected to your AI Mailer account.

Contacts & compliance

How do I add contacts?
Use the Contacts area to add individual subscribers or import a permission-based list. Organize contacts with the available lists, tags, fields, or segments before sending.
Can I upload any email list?
No. Import only contacts who have given you permission to email them. Purchased, scraped, or unsolicited lists can damage deliverability and may violate applicable anti-spam rules.
How are unsubscribes and suppressed contacts handled?
AI Mailer keeps compliance and suppression records so contacts who unsubscribed, complained, or became ineligible are not included in future sends unless the platform explicitly allows a lawful status change.
What should I check before importing a large contact file?
Confirm the file contains permission-based contacts, map fields carefully, remove obvious invalid addresses, and use the preview or validation information shown during import.

Campaigns & creative

How do I create an email campaign?
Open Campaigns, create a campaign, choose the audience, prepare the subject and content, configure sender details, send a test, and complete the final review before scheduling or sending.
Can AI help write my emails?
Yes. The AI tools can assist with campaign ideas, subject lines, email copy, recommendations, and approved operations. Always review generated content for accuracy, brand fit, and compliance before using it.
Should I send a test email first?
Yes. Test the message on desktop and mobile, verify personalization, links, images, sender details, and unsubscribe information before sending to the selected audience.
Why does my campaign show a warning before sending?
A warning usually means a required sender, audience, content, compliance, provider, or scheduling detail needs attention. Review the highlighted instruction or validation message before continuing.

Automations

What is an automation?
An automation is a workflow that reacts to a trigger and performs timed actions, conditions, or follow-ups. Common examples include welcome sequences, lead nurturing, re-engagement, and behavior-based messaging.
Why is my automation not sending?
Check that the automation is active, its trigger conditions are met, the contact is eligible, the sending configuration is available, and no compliance or suppression rule is blocking the message.
Can I edit an active automation?
Use the controls provided in the automation builder. Review how changes affect contacts already inside the workflow before publishing an updated version.
How do delays and conditions work?
Delays hold a contact for the configured period. Conditions evaluate contact or activity data and send the contact down the matching path when the workflow reaches that step.

Sending & deliverability

Do I need to connect a sending provider?
Your workspace needs an active sending configuration before it can deliver live email. Add the provider details requested by the app and complete any verification steps shown there.
Why is a campaign queued instead of sent immediately?
AI Mailer uses queued processing to handle campaigns safely and reliably. Large audiences, scheduled sends, provider limits, or temporary processing conditions can keep a campaign queued for a period.
Why did an email fail or bounce?
Failures can result from invalid recipients, provider rejection, authentication issues, rate limits, blocked content, or temporary destination-server problems. Review the delivery status and error details shown in the app.
How can I improve deliverability?
Use permission-based contacts, authenticate the sending domain when required, keep complaint and bounce rates low, send relevant content, avoid sudden volume spikes, and remove disengaged or invalid recipients.
Why can sent and delivered totals be different?
Sent indicates that AI Mailer attempted delivery through the provider. Delivered means the receiving server accepted the message. Bounces, rejections, and pending responses create a difference between those totals.

Analytics, agency & integrations

Where can I review campaign performance?
Use Analytics and the campaign reports to review available delivery, engagement, link, conversion, and audience activity metrics for each send.
Why can open tracking be approximate?
Privacy protections, image blocking, and automated mailbox activity can affect open data. Use clicks, replies, conversions, and broader engagement trends alongside open metrics.
How do integrations work?
Integrations connect supported external services to AI Mailer. Follow the connection instructions, grant only required access, and test the integration before relying on it in a live workflow.
Can agency users manage multiple workspaces?
Use the Agency area and the permissions available to your plan to organize supported client or brand workspaces without sharing the main account password.
What should I include when contacting support?
Include the affected page, campaign or automation name, relevant contact or provider, the exact error message, when it happened, and the troubleshooting steps already completed.
